What is a Home Report?

A Home Report provides detailed information about a long-term care home’s performance, including:

• Results of Ministry inspections and compliance reviews
• Quality of care indicators (such as infection rates or use of restraints)
• Resident and family satisfaction
• Staffing levels and staff-to-resident ratios
• Any reported complaints or incidents and how they were addressed

These reports help families, and the public make informed decisions about long-term care and ensure transparency and accountability.
